Tripz Designs are designed and printed in house. All of our apparel is made to order.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales please allow up to 7-14 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.

 

What is your return policy?

There are NO REFUND or EXCHANGES on any orders. Please be sure to check your cart before completing your order.

 

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at tripzapparel@gmail.com for further information. 

 

We do not have a warehouse or inventory. Since all of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase,  we do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and/or shipped.

 

Can I cancel/modify my order?
